My intimate classes are all about attention to detail. Correct alignment, use of breath, cueing and focus are used to help muscle engagement and activation.

Allegro reformers use a spring-loaded system to create tension that helps with muscle engagement as well as assists in muscle length. The core is constantly challenged through active stabilization and performing refined full-body movements.

The results are a fun full-body workout that developes consciences, energy, postural efficency and toned muscles.
